Upon receipt of the order, you must check the conformity of the items received in execution of your order.

 1. Non-compliant delivery

We do our best to deliver compliant items to you, within the meaning of provisions L 211-4 and L 211-5 of the Consumer Code. However, we cannot prevent any non-conforming delivery.

If this situation should occur, you should notify us and return the non-compliant item (s) to Customer Service, within six (6) months of receipt according to the terms referred to in section 4.

We will do our best to deliver the conforming product to you within seven (7) days. Otherwise, we will reimburse all the amounts paid.

Beyond this period, complaints for non-compliant delivery will no longer be admissible and we will not be required to make a new delivery.

In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, we may refuse to serve a subsequent order.

2.  Right to retract

You have a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the date of receipt to return the purchased item, without having to justify any reason in accordance with the terms referred to in section 4.

3. Right of exchange

If you wish to make an exchange following an incorrect choice of the size ordered, EMLING undertakes to reimburse you for the delivery costs paid when you have pass your order: you just need to return the unworn article, in its original box with the pouches and within one month of receiving your order.

4. Returns terms

In case of non-conforming item, exercise of the withdrawal or exchange period, the return of items must occur

- in the original packaging (with pouches)

- without the item having been worn

- at the postal address: EMLING - 96 rue de Courcelles - 75017 Paris - France

- accompanied by a return slip (available by clicking on the link below), to print and complete.

You will be reimbursed for the full amount paid, including the delivery costs invoiced when placing your order in proportion to the calculation set out in article 6 (excluding return costs which remain the responsibility of the customer), in a fourteen (14) day periods from receipt of the returned item, if all return conditions are required or from receipt of proof of shipment (example: proof of deposit at a post office ) of the item to be returned. The date chosen being that of the first of these facts. The means of reimbursement will be identical to that used when placing the order.
